What to Expect

Never seen a biathlon race before? Here’s what makes this sport so thrilling:

  • High-Speed Skiing – Athletes skate ski through a challenging course, pushing their endurance to the limit.

  • Precision Shooting – With elevated heart rates, racers must stop at the shooting range and hit five targets multiple times during each race.

  • Penalties – Missed shots mean extra skiing or added time, adding drama and unpredictability to every race!

  • Elite & Para Athletes – See U.S. National Team athletes, Paralympians, and rising stars in action.
